
What is Financial Management?
The Financial Management section allows you to track revenues and expenses for each property in a clear and organized way, giving you a complete overview of the financial performance of all properties linked to your account.

The Financial Management feature helps you monitor financial performance accurately and easily calculate net profit or loss for each property.
This allows you to manage expenses and improve operational decisions in less time and in a structured way.
How to Access Financial Management
From the sidebar, select Financial Management.
You will see a page with two main tabs:
Revenue
Expenses
Revenue Section
This section allows you to view all revenue generated from different platforms such as Booking, Airbnb, Gatherin, and others.
Each row represents a specific booking and includes the following details:
Booking Number: Reference number of the booking.
Number of Nights: Length of the guest’s stay.
Booking Source: The platform the booking came from.
Platform Commission: The percentage deducted by the platform.
Gross Revenue: The amount before commission deduction.
Net Revenue: The amount after commission deduction.
Compensation Status: Indicates whether compensation was added to the booking or not
Export Feature
You can export a comprehensive revenue report by clicking Export Report at the top of the page.
Expenses Section
In this section, you can add and track all expenses related to each property, such as:
Maintenance, cleaning, hospitality, furniture, and more.
How to Add a New Expense
Click the (+ New) button.
Enter the following details:
Name: Expense title (e.g., Cleaning after stay).
Category: Type of expense (Maintenance, Cleaning, Hospitality, Furniture, etc.).
Amount: The expense value.
Expense Date: The date the expense occurred.
After filling in the details, press Enter to save the expense immediately.
You can also use the filters at the top to view expenses for a specific period or category.
Filters and Reports
Filter data by platform, date, or property.
Use All Platforms and All Periods for a complete overview.
Export revenue or expense reports as ready-to-use files for analysis or printing.

Financial Management helps you monitor financial performance accurately and easily identify net profit or loss for each property.
This enables you to control expenses and improve operational decisions efficiently and in an organized manner.
