What can you do with Guest Management?
View all registered guests: Access a complete list of guest names, locations, phone numbers, and total number of visits.
Categorize guests: Classify each guest as Important, Regular, or Blocked based on their behavior or booking frequency.
Quick access to booking details: Click on View to easily see a guest’s previous bookings and stay dates.
Filter data: Search or filter the list by name, category, or location to quickly find the information you need.
Practical Examples
A guest who books frequently? Mark them as Important for easier follow-up or special offers.
A guest who previously caused issues? Mark them as Blocked, preventing future bookings.
Track total visits and identify the regions your guests are coming from.
